Happiness = mortgage business…we think so!
For those that understand or have experienced the ups and downs of working in the mortgage business, using the adjective “happy” is probably not the first word that comes to mind. The industry can be extremely fast paced, volatile, high-stress, and thank-less at many times. We have crucial deadlines to meet, homeowner livelihood’s on the line, and many emotions to manage. So receiving the recent distinction, “Best Places to Work finalists for 2015” is quite an honor, and something that we are very proud of!
We strive for constant perfection in an industry that will not allow it, but having Employees who enjoy where they work is what separates us from the rest. Overcoming the daily challenges that are presented to us, but doing it with a smile on our faces, is what sets us apart. It is the culture at USA Mortgage that makes the company great, and we will continue to put our best foot forward for all of our customers, referral partners, and colleagues as we continue to strive for greatness in our daily work.

The conversation about the millennial generation and homeownership has been a hot topic in the real estate industry over the last year, or so. Many are perplexed at the lack of interest by millennials despite the low mortgage rates in recent years. Some of the most popular reasons are student loan debt, fear of another real estate bust, or simply not wanting to be tied to a piece of property and having the flexibility to move…or maybe they are just a wiser generation than many give credit.
