Since most Americans may only go thru a mortgage transaction a handful of times during a lifetime, it is understandable that one may not be totally hip to what the average costs may be. Ideally, we highly recommend using a Mortgage Professional that you know and trust, or one that has been referred to you by a Real Estate Agent, a trusted friend, or family member. If you do not have that recommendation, you can do some homework on your own to understand costs thru a variety of websites, and if you’re reading this, you’re already doing a great job of that!
